• Lead tender processes for the category: understand requirements, identify value-analysis levers, define the supplier panel, evaluate offers, negotiate, make recommendations and select awards.
• Support service performance to accompany the business (quality, supply chain, etc.).
• Define and drive the supplier panel strategy: identify competent market players as an expert of the upstream value chain; set and uphold the appropriate level of requirements with suppliers; ensure continuous improvement of the panel’s overall performance.
• Contribute to the financial management of the category: budgets and estimates, including monitoring risks and opportunities.
• Pursue ongoing cost optimization and identify savings and productivity levers.
• Contribute to the overall performance of the procurement function (CSR/sustainability, robustness/resilience, procurement best practices, etc.).

Category Manager, Direct Purchasing – GIFT

• Intégré(e) à la Direction fiscale Groupe, vous assisterez les fiscalistes de l'équipe dans tous les impôts (fiscalité directe et internationale, prix de transfert et fiscalité indirecte, droit douanier)
• Recherches et études techniques en matière de fiscalité internationale et française
• Assistance fiscale sur les restructurations intragroupes (fusions, liquidations, transferts de branches)

• Accountable for ensuring the smooth flow of international shipments and flows
• Oversee customs operations and authorizations: ensure import/export compliance, secure declarations, and coordinate stakeholders

Customs and International Compliance Manager

General Counsel

• As part of the Group Legal Department, you will act as a Senior Legal Counsel dedicated to supporting operational teams on all key matters related to Real Estate Law.
• Secure real estate transactions and provide hands-on legal support to teams (store network, business units).
• Draft, negotiate and approve complex real estate contracts (commercial leases, transfers of business assets, lease rights, deeds of sale, mandates).
• Manage the contractual relationship with landlords, developers and real estate partners.
• Advise and support operational teams on technical and regulatory aspects, notably on condominium issues, retail sector matters and lease-management (location-gérance), as well as corporate real estate matters (industrial sites, offices and agricultural land).
• Manage real estate litigation procedures and develop associated strategies.
• Oversee relationships with external lawyers, notaries and outside counsel.

Content Manager

• Join our team within the Marketing and Communications Department of the Yves Rocher brand, where you will help build communication campaigns.
• Content production.
• Contribute to communication briefs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our communication agency, freelancers and external or internal Art Directors.
• Create a variety of content that reflects the brand’s identity and values for multiple channels (retail, merchandising, website, social media, CRM, etc.).
• Prepare and manage shooting briefs and oversee all (post)production follow-up with our graphic production/DTP studio.
• Manage the publishing of content to our internal repository and ensure its relevance, consistency and correct indexing.
• Work closely with the marketing teams to support product launches and campaigns.
• Interact daily with many functions and areas of expertise: Production & DTP team, agencies, subsidiaries, PR & Influencer teams, Social Media, Merchandising, Retail, Digital, Regulatory Affairs, etc.
• Stay up to date with the latest content and social media trends by producing a trend report/benchmark to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging.
• As you’ll have gathered, the role is to support your manager with delivery tracking and production of ongoing campaigns.
