About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for ensuring the smooth flow of international shipments and flows
Oversee customs operations and authorizations: ensure import/export compliance, secure declarations, and coordinate stakeholders
Serve as the reference for complex topics (tariff classification, origin, valuation, customs regulatory monitoring)
Manage nomenclatures (HS codes) and maintain systems (SAP, Conex)
Lead strategic projects that impact Group performance
Monitor performance, manage service providers, and handle reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in customs or international trade
Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role
Expert knowledge of customs regulations and related issues
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and propose practical solutions
Comfortable with IT systems (Excel, SAP, CONEX)
Strong interpersonal skills to persuade, train and secure buy-in from teams
Autonomous, rigorous and responsive
