Key responsibilities & impact

Exploit existing procurement data to produce actionable analyses
Build and maintain operational dashboards
Generate regular reports
Identify insights and optimization opportunities
Identify, test and deploy practical AI and automation use cases
Contribute to the integration of new digital tools
Improve team productivity
Track procurement projects
Manage follow-up of action plans
Design and produce clear, structured and impactful presentation materials
Promote and share best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience in consulting or project roles
Strong interest in data, digital tools and AI
Analytical and structured mindset, results-oriented & impactful communication
Ability to work cross-functionally and experience in consulting or project environments
Power BI, Tableau or equivalent
Familiarity with procurement tools (Ivalua, SpendHQ…)
