Director

• Participate in the development and design of the project
• Maintain relationships with elected officials, administrative and legal departments, contractors, and the lead design/project management team
• Participate in acceptance and handover phases
• Monitor appropriate levels of intervention for after-sales/service operations
• Provide monthly reports on ongoing projects

Project Director

• Take responsibility for all tasks related to the technical, financial and commercial management of projects
• Directly oversee the design team (maîtrise d'œuvre) in the technical design of structures
• Validate proper progress of project files and formalize stoppage points when necessary
• Manage contracts with contractors, supervise handover and acceptance operations, and ensure budgets and schedules are adhered to
• Contribute to the development of methods and to innovation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the client throughout all operational phases

Director of Works

• Design and oversee projects incorporating natural ventilation, environmental quality, and renewable energy
• Ensure compliance with RTAADOM, seismic and anti-cyclonic standards
• Develop optimized bioclimatic designs suited to La Réunion's climate and topography
• Use BIM (ArchiCAD, Revit) for modeling and coordination
• Collaborate with consulting firms, engineers, craftsmen, and local institutions

• Oversee the execution of works to ensure proper implementation
• Coordinate interventions of external technical subcontractors
• Ensure deadlines are met by monitoring the resources and measures implemented by contractors
• Administrative and financial follow-up for organizing the safety committee inspection

Assistant Project Engineer - Design & Project Management
