• Organize, manage and control production across all agencies
• Provide support to sector managers
• Ensure the commercial, financial and technical consistency of projects

• Structure and manage the design office operations, defining tools, methods and a commercial strategy
• Lead and motivate a team of engineers and detailers/drafters in the structural design office
• Oversee technical design and structural sizing studies for reinforced concrete, steel and timber structures
• Ensure the quality, feasibility and compliance of deliverables (drawings, calculation reports, technical specifications (CCTP), detailed quantity estimates (DQE))
• Participate in design reviews, tender processes and coordination meetings with architects, project managers and contractors
• Provide technical project management (maîtrise d’œuvre technique) services
• Maintain technical and regulatory watch in the field of structural works and structures
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the business
