About the role
- Manage projects from program definition through to delivery
- Analyze the client’s operational constraints
- Ensure the technical and financial fine-tuning of projects
- Lead tender processes and supervise DET (site execution managers)
- Ensure budgetary and regulatory control of projects
- Supervise and train project engineers
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Solid experience in the building/construction sector (minimum 5 years)
- Experience managing large-scale projects in design management (maîtrise d’œuvre), engineering consultancies, or as a general contractor
- Good knowledge of urban planning
