About the role
- Conduct energy audits
- Identify energy performance improvement measures
- Assess potential energy savings and associated financial benefits
- Define performance indicators and performance guarantees
- Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications
- Support the project manager during the design phase
- Support the site manager during the construction phase
- Assist in preparing commercial materials and proposals
- Conduct commercial activities to support business development
- Monitor performance over time and implement corrective actions
- Respond to tenders and prepare bid responses
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school with a specialization in energy
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Additional specialization in building engineering or strong knowledge of the construction industry (BTP)
- Strong awareness of environmental issues
- Rigorous and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good ability to bring stakeholders together and coordinate different parties
- Ambitious with a desire for career progression
