• Leading customer onboarding and experience improvements during our SaaS transition.
• Implementing product analytics tools to track engagement, retention, and feature adoption.
• Working closely with the customer support and success teams to identify pain points and continuously improve user satisfaction.
• Keeping abreast of changes in SEO practices, search engine algorithms, and the WordPress ecosystem.
• Creating clear, concise product requirement documents (PRDs) that align with business goals.
• Championing a culture of experimentation and continuous learning through A/B testing and feedback loops.
