• We’re looking for a high-energy, proactive, and detail-oriented Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll bring our culture to life by planning events, hosting new hire orientation, supporting ERGs, and making sure our Atlanta office is a welcoming and engaging place to work. You’ll be the face of our employee experience, helping to create memorable moments that connect, inspire, and support our people.
• This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, with at least 2 days per week in-office. It’s ideal for someone who loves creating connections, thrives on event planning and organization, and is passionate about building an inclusive and engaging employee experience.

• Employee Experience & Engagement:
• Host and improve new hire orientation sessions (culture, values, introductions).
• Help plan and coordinate company-wide events (onsite, virtual, and team-building).
• Partner with and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
• Gather employee feedback on engagement and suggest improvements.
• In-Office Experience (2 days/week):
• Maintain office cleanliness and ensure the space is welcoming for employees and visitors.
• Take inventory of snacks and drinks, and order supplies as needed.
• Manage relationships with vendors related to office operations and experience.
• Organize and maintain the storage closet to keep office supplies accessible and tidy.
• Manage badge access and ensure smooth handling of facilities requests.
• Coordinate onsite events and team gatherings.
• Provide a positive, supportive presence for employees and visitors.

Employee Experience Coordinator

People Operations

• Post and update job openings on career sites and internal channels with accuracy and authenticity.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars for candidates and hiring teams, adjusting with agility when plans change.
• Communicate with candidates to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience built on kindness, trust, and professionalism.
• Keep applicant tracking systems (ATS) up to date with candidate progress, demonstrating accountability for data accuracy.
• Create and maintain interview scorecards to help teams deliver high-quality, actionable feedback.
• Contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
• Over time: coordinate onboarding and orientation, support offboarding processes, and prepare People Ops documents (e.g., salary adjustment letters, policy updates).

People Operations Coordinator

Cloud Engineer

• As a Draws Administrator at Groundfloor Finance, you’ll play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of residential real estate renovation and construction loans.
• You’ll manage borrower draw requests, ensure documentation and inspections are accurate and complete, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure funds are released timely and in compliance with our lending standards.
• This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured processes, enjoys working with real estate project data, and is motivated by keeping things moving on schedule.

• Reviewing borrowers draw submissions for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the approved project scope.
• Coordinating third-party inspections to verify construction progress.
• Verifying that conditions for disbursement are met, including lien waivers and invoices.
• Logging and tracking all draw activity in our internal systems.
• Communicating with borrowers on status updates, missing documents, and timelines.
• Working closely with Loan Servicing, Construction, and Finance teams to facilitate timely funding.
• Generating reports on draw timelines, bottlenecks, and trends.
• Ensuring that all documentation meets compliance standards and is audit-ready.
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflow and increase efficiency.

In this role, you’ll utilize your construction expertise, project management experience, and interpersonal skills - all without the hard hat! The ideal candidate will have a solid background in construction management, capital budgeting, and residential construction, ranging from light renovations to custom builds. You should be adept at assessing costs line-by-line, identifying financial discrepancies, and recognizing necessary repairs requiring permits.
