• Compiles and analyzes financial information in preparation for entry into various financial statements and accounting reports, and makes appropriate journal entries for recording in the general ledger.

Property Accountant

Marketing

• Execute and oversee property-level marketing updates across websites, listings, promotions, and digital advertising platforms.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding marketing services for new acquisitions, transitions, and dispositions to ensure timely and accurate go-live and removal.
• Assist regional marketers with regular audits of property digital presence to ensure accuracy, compliance with brand standards, and alignment with portfolio goals by owning the MAC audit process.
• Own and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to property lifecycle marketing activities in partnership with, and with final governance approval and rollout from, Marketing Operations.
• Identify inefficiencies, recurring issues, or gaps in execution and recommend scalable process improvements to be evaluated and prioritized through a PLM framework to avoid local solutioning.
• Partner with leadership to help define success metrics (e.g., turnaround time, audit accuracy, satisfaction scores) and track performance against them.
• Champion standardization efforts across regions to ensure consistent execution while allowing for portfolio-specific needs.
• Champion and implement nationally-approved system and process improvements, rules, and upstream fixes.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource for property teams on lifecycle-related marketing processes.
• Act as a centralized intake point for lifecycle marketing requests, helping triage, prioritize, and route work efficiently.

Property Lifecycle Marketing Manager

• Serves as a senior floating accountant who can step into lead or manager roles during planned and unplanned absences.
• Oversees team workflows.

Senior Director, Territory Maintenance Operations

Manager

• Supports the General Operations Manager and Community Managers to achieve operations and financial goals.

Facilities Manager

Analyst

• Support the assigned Revenue Management Strategy team members in preparing for and participating on scheduled “strategy calls” with real estate operations leaders and property managers to discuss and complete asset rate reviews to optimize performance of revenue management systems and services.
• Complete key tasks, activities, and processes to support the assigned Revenue Management Strategy team members in providing effective and efficient delivery of revenue management services to Greystar-managed properties, to optimize revenue management and maximize revenue.
• Monitor the Greystar Revenue Management email inbox for incoming messages, review and respond to questions, requests for help and information, or other messages with urgency and within the established customer service standards for the business group, and direct or refer email senders to other internal and/or external sources of help as appropriate.
• Use the Company’s “Help Desk” and Property Support platform to receive, respond to, and manage help desk tickets, directed to or related to the Revenue Management systems and software, investigate problems, issues, or other concerns about software and system performance, and engage with or access Information Technology Support and/or management systems vendors to resolve issues.
• Participate in and/or take on specific projects, initiatives, and other activities necessary for improving the quality of service and support provided by the Revenue Management Support team, act as a Revenue Management Support resource for an assigned, small portfolio of properties, and serve as a “stand in” or alternative contact for end users as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on changes and improvements to the Company’s revenue management systems and support efforts to implement technology and system upgrades at the assigned portfolio of properties, including consulting with property team members and operations leaders on new features and system improvements, and how these impact occupancy and revenue targets.
