Contingent Workforce Customer Success Lead – Embedded Enterprise Client Program

• Support the Head of Academy and Forum in EMEA in day-to-day planning and execution of Academy and Forum programming aligned with OpenAI’s regional Global Affairs priorities.
• Design and execute online and in-person events across EMEA - such as, in-person trainings, webinars and panel discussions - that reflect the missions of the OpenAI Academy and Forum, also ensuring programming is culturally relevant and locally informed.
• Manage timelines, guest communications, vendors, travel, and follow-ups for regional activations.
• Track KPIs, participant feedback, and performance metrics, and provide regular internal reporting across initiatives.
