About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support registration, comms, and execution of startup events, including Founder Days, Builder Lounges, hackathons, dinners, workshops, and customer programs.
Help coordinate startup marketing activations surrounding major company moments, including DevDay and product launches.
Manage event logistics including registration, attendee communications, vendor coordination, gifting, swag, and onsite support.
Partner with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Events, GTM, and Developer Experience to ensure programs run smoothly.
Track program metrics, attendee feedback, and operational follow-ups.
Provide general project management support across startup marketing initiatives as priorities evolve.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in field marketing, events, community, operations, project management, or related functions.
Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy working cross-functionally and building relationships across teams.
Resourceful, proactive, and willing to jump into both strategic projects and operational details.
Excited about startups, AI, and helping builders succeed.
Experience supporting developer, startup, or B2B technology events.
Familiarity with event platforms, CRM systems, and marketing operations tools.
Experience coordinating executive-facing or customer-facing programs.
