About the role
- Cold call, text, and email licensed real estate agents using company-provided scripts.
- Book 15–20 minute introductory calls for our broker.
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and appointments using our CRM/tools.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to maximize conversions.
- Your only job is to connect agents and set the appointment.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails, and texting prospects.
- Self-motivated, organized, and consistent with follow-ups.
- Recruiting, sales, or cold calling experience preferred (training provided).
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
