Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within lighting, architecture, or technology industries
2+ years in a team leadership or account management role
Proven success growing accounts and leading sales teams in a remote or distributed environment
Experience working with independent reps or distribution networks
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred)
