• Call and follow up relentlessly on every inbound lead and open project until it closes or is definitively dead
• Track every open lead and project status in the CRM in real time
• Coordinate with Sales Support on quote preparation and order processing for seamless handoffs
• Proactively call existing clients to uncover new project opportunities and grow order volume
• Close incremental business with existing accounts
• Coordinate with Customer Success on account boundaries and outreach cadence
• Maintain accurate, current pipeline data for weekly review
• Flag stalled or at-risk deals early
