• Lead and Coach the Sales Team: Manage and develop account managers to meet or exceed sales targets through consistent pipeline management and performance reviews.
• Manage a Personal Book of Business: Maintain key client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Build a Rep Network: Recruit, train, and support manufacturer’s reps and distributors to expand national coverage and strengthen brand presence.
• Drive Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and deepen client partnerships.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and quoting teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and excellent service.
• Track Results: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
