Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational scalability across the revenue cycle.
Lead development of reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Use data analysis to drive decision-making, forecast trends, and proactively address challenges in revenue performance.
Serve as a strategic partner to teams across operations, finance, product, and education delivery.
Break down silos to foster alignment and accountability across departments in achieving revenue and impact goals.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing revenue operations team.
Establish a culture of continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in the education sector with a proven track record in operations, revenue management, or strategy.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; advanced proficiency with data visualization, CRM, and business intelligence tools.
Deep understanding of revenue operations, including sales processes, foundational financial principles and the underpinnings of a business serving the education sector.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across functions and lead through influence in complex organizations.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams.
