About the role
- Build go-to-market strategies that capture market share for existing and new programs in the Literacy portfolio.
- Partner with Market Research, Sales, and Success to capture, synthesize, and elevate voice-of-customer and voice-of-market insights.
- Develop customer segmentation models to inform targeting, positioning, and bundling strategies.
- Partner with the product team to align roadmap priorities with customer needs and adoption cycles.
- Translate product attributes into clear value propositions, differentiated positioning, and customer-centric, benefit-driven messaging.
- Support development of pricing strategies and bundles that align with market demand and organizational goals.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across sales, marketing, and customer-facing channels.
- Develop and deliver sales training, competitive analyses, product overviews, and collateral to ensure sales teams can effectively position programs.
- Provide strategic guidance and support for key sales opportunities.
- Design and execute strategies that increase customer engagement, product usage, and opportunities for renewal.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in product marketing-related roles, edtech highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in product messaging, go-to-market strategy, and customer segmentation.
- Experience developing print and digital sales enablement tools (collateral, sampling strategies, etc)
- Experience marketing to both prospective and current customers.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to influence across functions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
