About the role
- Lead the design and execution of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Create engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and online advertisements.
- Design trade show booths and event materials, ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
- Conceptualize and develop internal branding projects, including logos, iconography, and visual identity assets.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative standards.
- Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to enhance Great Minds' brand presence.
- Report to the Design Manager as a key creative lead on the Enterprise Creative team.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing, branding, and corporate communications.
- Expert-level proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint (for high-impact presentations and templates)
- Experience with AI-based design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Figma, or similar)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, marketing materials, and digital/print design.
- Understanding of website design and UX/UI principles (coding skills not required but a plus).
- Experience designing trade show booths and event branding.
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
