About the role

  • Act as the operational backbone of our Public Sector practice - connecting Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR, Commercial and Vetting teams to ensure seamless talent pipelines, smooth placements, and excellent client delivery.
  • Support demand forecasting, candidate readiness, client engagement and operational governance.
  • Coordinate role briefs, candidate submissions, interviews, feedback and start dates.
  • Act as the central link between Sales, Talent and Attraction teams.
  • Improve the speed and accuracy of the end‑to‑end placement process.
  • Support client engagement by coordinating interview and performance feedback.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, utilisation tracking and contract updates.
  • Keep reporting dashboards up to date across the Public Sector practice.
  • Track vetting pipelines and flag risks early.
  • Lead process improvements across Talent, L&D, Sales and Delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs such as time‑to‑place, acceptance rates and vetting durations.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, resource management, delivery operations or PMO.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across internal teams and clients.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and operational workflows.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with comfort in a scaling environment.
