About the role
- Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience
- Manage the careers calendar, schedule interviews, and respond to queries, phone calls and emails
- Conduct initial screening and first-stage interviews and support candidates through to offer stage
- Build talent pipelines for current and future demand by collaborating with internal stakeholders
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and feed back on strengths and gaps
- Develop understanding of Grayce’s offering and development programmes alongside recruitment cycle
Requirements
- Some recruitment experience (internal, agency, or HR)
- Experience working to deliverables and impacting a candidate journey
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to forecast and address issues
- Excellent relationship-building and people-centric attitude
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work towards tight deadlines
