Support the design of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, grounding, and low-voltage systems under the guidance of senior engineers.
Assist in preparing design calculations and documentation to ensure compliance with codes and client requirements.
Contribute to the development of plans, specifications, and design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
Participate in quality control reviews, learning to identify design inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Project Managers and engineering teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Help review contractor RFIs, shop drawings, and product submittals, with support from senior staff.
Attend internal and client meetings to gain exposure to project coordination and communication practices.
Engage in on-the-job training and mentorship, actively building technical and professional skills.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Professional Engineering License is required.
3+ years of professional experience in electrical design or related engineering work.
Strong interest in building systems design, including lighting, power, and low-voltage systems.
Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD is preferred; willingness to learn BIM workflows and modeling tools is expected.
Basic understanding of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA) is a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
