About the role
- Assist with developing and implementing the client’s annual media plan and strategy.
- Assist in developing media and creative briefs and work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy campaigns.
- Execute projects from start to finish; client-facing role building rapport with day-to-day client contacts.
- Manage and execute daily trafficking of creative materials and Web development updates internally.
- Build and maintain information sources for internal teams.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the client’s business, industry, and competition.
- Attend internal and Client-facing status meetings, send meeting recaps and update status reports.
- Provide administrative support to the account management team, including developing and organizing meeting materials.
- Purchase order and invoice processing.
- Assist in developing and organizing ongoing media reporting, tracking, and other reports as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of advertising agency experience or brand management experience; media experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in marketing or advertising a plus
- Excellent communication skills Ability to follow up with Client and team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are on track.

- The desire and ability to work efficiently/simultaneously at both strategic and tactical execution levels.
