Manager

• Manufacturing Plant Management is accountable for all processes/teams associated with manufacturing, engineering, and production across the plant including: Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Production Operations, Manufacturing Repair & Maintenance Operations, Manufacturing Production Planning & Control, Quality, Environmental and Employee Health & Safety.
• Individuals in these roles primarily focus on directing, leveraging, and guiding the work of others, and mobilizing resources. Leaders typically manage two or more direct reports.
• Responsible for the monitoring and achievement of operational and/or financial results for their area of responsibility.
• Responsible for people management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
• Progression within the levels reflects increase in scope and responsibilities as well as growth in business and industry experience, process and people leadership capabilities, and broad technical expertise.
• Manages subordinate management and/or experienced specialist employees who exercise significant latitude and independence.
• Often heads one or more departments. Allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual business plans.

Senior Plant Manager

Administrative Assistant

• Support daily production activities to ensure schedules, output, and efficiency targets are met
• Collaborate with Production Control to align staffing, materials, and production plans
• Support Finance with data collection, reporting, and cost tracking (labor, scrap, efficiency)
• Partner with Quality to ensure adherence to product specifications and compliance standards
• Prepare reports for Plant Leadership to support decision-making
• Support implementation of standardized work practices across the facility
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Support Health & Safety initiatives, audits, and incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements
• Assist with staffing coordination, onboarding, and training support
• Partner with HR on employee relations, attendance tracking, and workforce planning
• Support employee engagement and communication initiatives
• Provide administrative and analytical support to plant leadership team
• Assist with strategic initiatives, project tracking, and plant communications

Administrative Coordinator

• Managing various aspects of the Health, Safety & Environmental program for the plant
• Participates in compliance program, including OSHA, state, and other federal regulations and maintains comprehensive knowledge of government Health and Safety regulations, and BWC (Worker’s Comp)
• Manages Worker’s Compensation and attends all hearings
• Implements plans and delivers results in a fast-changing business and regulatory environment by participating in Paperboard Manufacturing Division Health and Safety initiatives to drive process improvements
• Provides input to the manufacturing plant and departmental strategy
• Coordinates, plans, and drives Health and Safety Committee reviews, participates in, and provides guidance and support for Area Health and Safety Team Meetings
• Contributes directly to Paperboard Manufacturing Facility priorities and planning
• Provides solutions to complex Health and Safety and security issues, serving as the Health and Safety leader
• Designs, develops, implements programs, and oversees the aspects of the plants' First Responders, OSHA Audiometric and Respirator fit testing, Process Safety Management, and industrial hygiene
• Assure completion of Monthly, Semi-Annual, and Annual EPA Air permit reporting.
• Investigates incidents, develops corrective and preventive actions, promotes Health and Safety-conscious work performance

HS&E Manager

Controller

• Provide analytical support for all activities and processes of the local Site Leadership Team
• Review month end results: P&L and Balance Sheet including variance analysis
• Oversee monthly close process and accurate Revenue and Expense reporting
• Create monthly financial forecasts and analysis
• Lead the development and analysis of the annual operating plan

Plant Controller

• Responsible for promoting, maintaining and implementing systems of accountability for health, safety and environmental excellence
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and GPI guidelines
• Oversee the prevention and/or correction of unsafe working and environmental conditions
• Drive initiatives to improve safety awareness and efficiency
• Develop and implement industry best practice systems for HSE programs while maintaining compliance

Health & Safety Manager

Mechanical Engineer

• Researches, plans, designs, and develops mechanical products and systems
• Applies research to the planning, design, and testing of mechanical and electromechanical systems
• Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals
• Works under moderate direction achieving results through team collaboration

• Manage the environmental programs for the Paperboard Manufacturing Facility
• Lead the environmental aspects of the GPI HSE Management System
• Drive compliance with environmental regulations
• Develop and implement environmental guidelines and best practices
• Investigate environmental incidents and recommend improvements
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and provide training on environmental issues and compliance

Environmental Manager
