About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the environmental programs for the Paperboard Manufacturing Facility
- Lead the environmental aspects of the GPI HSE Management System
- Drive compliance with environmental regulations
- Develop and implement environmental guidelines and best practices
- Investigate environmental incidents and recommend improvements
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and provide training on environmental issues and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HSE management
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and provide training on environmental issues
- Experience in regulatory compliance and agency interaction
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
