Sales

• Identify, develop, and successfully onboard new B2B partners across the US and EU through highly targeted and structured outbound calling strategies.
• Build, mentor, and oversee online and field B2B sales agents. Set performance targets, monitor activities, review reports, coach underperforming team members, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Build and continuously refine the full sales cycle: scripts, CRM workflows, outreach cadences, and conversion sequences.
• Work in close alignment with our CEO to shape growth strategy, surface market insights, and co-develop new initiatives.
• Own the sales dashboard — forecasting, KPI tracking, and data-driven iteration to optimise what works.
• Build, develop, and manage strategic relationships with key distributors to support market expansion and revenue growth.
