About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow your territory across South Florida and the wider Florida market
- Conduct 160+ in-person store visits per month — cigar shops, lounges, and tobacco retailers
- Open new accounts and protect existing ones through strong, consistent relationship management
- Deliver product presentations and sampling sessions directly in store
- Keep HubSpot updated with visit notes, client details, and pipeline activity
- Join two weekly team meetings (Monday and Friday) to align with the wider sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of B2B field/territory sales experience — physical products, face-to-face
- Experience in tobacco, cigars, or premium/luxury consumer goods
- Strong existing network of cigar shops, lounges, or tobacco retailers in Florida
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong advantage
- Valid US driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Based in or near Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or Ft. Lauderdale FL
- Comfortable working as an independent contractor with commission-based pay
