Requirements
At least three (3) years of experience in franchise operations
Experience in planning, executing, and managing projects, ensuring completion within scope, timeline, and budget
Strong background in property management or STR teams, with a focus on proactive problem-solving, customer service, and familiarity with HubSpot and Guesty
Understanding budget management, financial reporting, and cost-control measures to support profitability
Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to navigate difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
Leadership capabilities with a commitment to team development, adaptability, and fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work
