About the role

  • Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs targeted at enhancing sales techniques, product knowledge, and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership and stakeholders from departments such as Marketing, Digital, Product Management, and Procurement to optimize the sales experience.
  • Create, refine, and leverage content to build the skills and capabilities of Sales team members.
  • Facilitate interactive sales development sessions in-person and virtually using sound instructional techniques.
  • Monitor sales team performance metrics to evaluate training program ROI and adapt initiatives as needed.
  • Provide observation, coaching, and feedback to sales team members to reinforce learning and enhance skills.
  • Ensure learning transfer through follow-up activities and reinforcement strategies.
  • Maintain and track program metrics to measure the effectiveness of training and program launches.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum: 3 years of sales-related or training experience. Preferred: Experience in a contact center environment and group training (both in-person and virtual).
  • Skills: Strong facilitation and training delivery skills, applying adult learning principles effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and SharePoint. Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Bitable). Proficient in leading virtual training sessions using Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Additional: Familiarity with internal systems, customer ordering channels, and the ability to demonstrate features on demand is a plus.
