About the role

  • Assist with daily communication between talent and brand partners
  • Coordinate and track campaign deliverables and timelines
  • Research new trends, source new creators to sign, and secure brand opportunities
  • Support with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and internal coordination
  • Monitor social media activity for talent and competitors
  • Participate in team calls and brainstorming sessions
  • Report to Talent Manager and support day-to-day talent management operations

Requirements

  • Deeply familiar with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with remote work
  • Eager to learn how creators build and monetize their platforms
  • Bonus: Have experience in social media, marketing, entertainment, or startups
  • Availability for 3 - 12 months internship with minimum 2 month commitment
  • Part-Time availability
