About the role
- Manage new hire documentation from offer acceptance, including global Right to Work checks, background screens, and I-9 Documentation
- Oversee global contract creation and the background check process, supporting contingent onboarding as needed
- Research, build, and continuously improve scalable People tools and processes
- Support international entity establishments and key annual People processes such as performance, compensation, promotions, and levelling
- Act as a key point of contact for team member inquiries, providing prompt and accurate resolutions
- Manage and maintain all global People templates, including employment verifications, visa support, offer letters, and contracts, and coordinate candidate visa processes
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly payroll updates, partnering closely with the Finance team
- Administer, enhance, and audit all People systems (e.g., Workday, Tangelo, Freshservice), driving data integrity across platforms
Requirements
- progressive experience in a People Operations (HR) generalist or coordination role, preferably within a high-growth, remote environment
- highly organized, with strong attention to detail
