Full-stack Engineer

• Provide technical support for computers and associated networks for USCG Maverick contract
• Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, network equipment (servers, modems, multiplexers), related software, telephones, cables, and connectors
• Connect personal computers and terminals to existing data networks
• Maintain network diagrams, circuit records, and trouble logs
• Instruct users in the use of personal computers and networks and develop training materials
• Investigate information, network, and communications needs and recommend software and hardware purchases
• Perform basic PC, PBX, and network software programming and minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripherals
• Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients/staff in person, via telephone or remotely
• Maintain records of daily transactions, problems, remedial actions, and installations
