Lead or support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR-related projects, focusing on IT systems integration, HR tools, and process improvements.
Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure timely and efficient delivery of initiatives.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions to minimize impact on timelines.
Engage with key stakeholders from HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure effective communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and support.
Provide regular project status updates to leadership, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Collaborate with HR leadership to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs; conduct data analysis, process mapping, and workflow assessments.
Use Lark Base and other project management tools to maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and systems; support evaluation and implementation of new HR technologies.
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, IT, or a cross-functional environment.
Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from team members to senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly and concisely to non-technical and technical audiences.
Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate ownership of projects, and anticipate needs without constant supervision.
Strong planning and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Desirable: Knowledge of Workday, Lark, GWS.
Desirable: Familiarity with IT systems and project delivery methods within HR (e.g., HRIS integrations, employee data privacy, cloud-based solutions).
Desirable: Certification in Project Management (PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar) is a plus.
