About the role

  • Lead or support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR-related projects, focusing on IT systems integration, HR tools, and process improvements.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure timely and efficient delivery of initiatives.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions to minimize impact on timelines.
  • Engage with key stakeholders from HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and support.
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs; conduct data analysis, process mapping, and workflow assessments.
  • Use Lark Base and other project management tools to maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and systems; support evaluation and implementation of new HR technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, IT, or a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from team members to senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly and concisely to non-technical and technical audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate ownership of projects, and anticipate needs without constant supervision.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Workday, Lark, GWS.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with IT systems and project delivery methods within HR (e.g., HRIS integrations, employee data privacy, cloud-based solutions).
  • Desirable: Certification in Project Management (PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar) is a plus.
