Design growth strategy and roadmap for Gojek subscription products with focus on retention and scalability
Lead customer growth initiatives, strategies, and implementation for subscription programs to acquire and retain subscribers
Scout new market opportunities and map out go-to-market strategies for subscription offerings
Track and analyze key customer metrics; prepare reports and recommendations for upper management including CxOs of Gojek and GoTo Group
Collaborate with Product, Research, Consumer Platform, Marketing, Data and cross-business teams in development and implementation of initiatives
Understand impact of business initiatives on key customer metrics and conduct impact sizing for potential new initiatives and revenue streams
Introduce business changes via strategy documents and validate hypotheses through A/B tests or other experimentation methods
Requirements
BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of working experience
Data analytics capability; good knowledge of SQL and experimentation process
Strong business acumen with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
End to end problem-solving mindset that can work in increments and exponents
Radical Candor leadership while also a strong team player; possessing team synergy skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in a cross-functional team and can also balance attention to detail with swift execution
Experience in Growth, Product Management, and Data team is a plus
