💰 $16 - $21 per hour
About the role
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of devices including Chromebooks, Macs, Windows laptops, iPads, and tablets
- Meet productivity benchmarks of 10 repairs/day
- Record accurate notes, ticketing, and invoicing in company systems
- Apply tactical knowledge to collaborate with team on improving repair processes, driving efficiency and service quality
- Provision, configure, and deploy large volumes of devices with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain organized, safe, and efficient workspaces
- Adapt quickly to changing client needs and project priorities
- Support Education Repair Services and White Glove Services for schools and businesses
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with peers and leadership
- Support teammates during peak workloads or changing priorities
- Driven by curiosity and participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer experience
- Can lift up to 35lbs
- Enjoy producing high quality of work
- No IT experience required (paid training provided)
