About the role

  • Act as strategic learning & development partner for national and international clients in the DACH region
  • Help customers achieve desired business outcomes and promote engagement with GoodHabitz platform
  • Manage onboarding of new customers and co-create action plans
  • Initiate and host inspiration sessions for ambassadors and regularly review results
  • Evaluate results, identify risks, and explore further business opportunities
  • Finalize contract renewals aiming to meet or exceed team and personal goals
  • Maintain proactive contact with clients (at least once per quarter) and ensure structural integration of the platform
  • Organize evaluation meetings with key stakeholders, manage expectations, and review outcomes based on defined objectives
  • Collect customer feedback and share internally to support continuous improvement
  • Develop tangible results and success stories and share with colleagues and other organizations
  • Own a portfolio while collaborating with the Customer Success team

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager and/or in internal communications, HR consultancy, people engagement, or L&D
  • Strong subject-matter knowledge that makes you a credible sparring partner at all levels
  • Client-focused, solution-oriented, decisive, with excellent communication and commercial skills
  • Well-organized and structured in your work – able to handle stress well
  • Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken
  • Able to work independently and maintain a high level of focus
  • Experience as a trainer and/or coach, or a certified trainer, is a big advantage
  • Passion for L&D and enjoyment of presenting to larger groups
