About the role
- Medier is a marketing agency providing digital and social media strategies, PR, influencer collaborations, SEO, programmatic advertising, and CRM
- Remote role covering the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland); languages: Fluent German, Advanced English
- Develop the market and deliver profitability for the company’s iGaming brands
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges
- Develop tailored, country-specific market strategies to enhance positioning and growth
- Recruit and train teams to adapt to local market nuances
- Monitor and optimize websites for user experience and uptime
- Conceptualize and implement promotional strategies for casino and sports products to boost visibility and engagement
- Drive continuous improvement of key business KPIs through data-driven decision-making
- Maintain regular communication with head office, including weekly sync-ups and comprehensive reporting
- Maintain relationships with local regulatory bodies and comprehensive knowledge of Entertainment industry laws and regulations in the region
Requirements
- 4+ years in iGaming or Betting; preferably on the operator side
- 1+ year in a Country Manager position in iGaming or Betting
- Strong familiarity with the country/region's culture, business practices, and economic landscape
- Proven track record of navigating regulatory frameworks and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills; eager to work within a team to meet company goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Native in German; fluent in English
