Manager

• Supports day-to-day operations in the ABA clinic to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment for staff, clients, and families
• Works closely with the Clinic Manager, Clinical Director, RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative teams to maintain high operational standards and uphold all policies
• Assists in daily clinic opening and closing procedures
• Maintains clinic organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Supports clinic schedules, attendance tracking, and room assignments
• Ensures therapy rooms and materials are prepared daily

Assistant Clinic Manager

• Maintains an up-to-date roster of Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Collaborates with State Directors to determine staffing needs
• Maximizes BT utilization and manages daily scheduling changes
• Acts as a leader of BTs by coordinating training and compliance needs
• Completes disciplinary action and offboarding process as necessary
• Monitors center expenses to stay within monthly budget
• Provides direct 1:1 ABA therapy as needed
• Markets community-based services to increase cases within the center

Clinic Manager

Analyst

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and the continued assessment of the client.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to the RBT’s on patient caseload.
• Provide on-going direct and indirect family guidance that are necessary for programming success.
• Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.
• Review data on a timely basis and communicate when needed to team members.
• Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
• Perform comprehensive initial intake and perform recurring assessments.
• Discharge and Transition Planning for children on your caseload.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Director

• Responsible for driving the execution of key service, quality and growth initiatives
• Perform comprehensive initial assessments
• Manage or assist in managing the day-to-day operations of all services, including staff and client scheduling
• Create and maintain any needed training and onboarding programs for new hires
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and support to the RBT’s and BCBA’s on all aspects of ABA, relevant techniques, and specific programming that are necessary to the success of programming
• Implements and prepares the program curricula and annual reports regarding program effectiveness
• Provides direct services to the clients and their parents, when appropriate
• Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members regarding all aspects of programming, and any difficulties that may arise in maintaining the hours of treatment and ethical service provision
• Complete annual performance evaluations for all BCBAs, BCaBAs, and ABA Supervisors to determine potential for improvement and ensure treatment integrity
• Communicate with Golden Steps ABA administrative teams including Admissions, Payroll, Finance, Billing and Human Resources to assist in staff and client records management and payer relationships

Clinic Director, BCBA

• The Area Director is responsible for the daily oversight of clinical quality for their Supervising Clinicians (BCBAs) team.
• Mentor and manage a team of Supervising Clinicians.
• Lead a team of Supervising Clinicians to provide the highest quality of ABA therapy through appropriate programming, client education, and hour recommendations.
• Conduct weekly one on ones to review performance metrics and client files.
• Conduct quarterly fidelity assessments to drive quality and consistency throughout the organization.
• Provide clinical oversight of all clienteles to drive compliance and retention to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Review initial and six-month assessments conducted by your direct report BCBAs to guarantee clinically accurate goals, programming, and hour recommendations.
• Conduct monthly case reviews of your team members' clients to ensure appropriate progress.
• Ensure clients and parents are engaged in and completely satisfied with the services provided to them.
• Review all proposed discharges/graduations for appropriateness.
• Champion clinical initiatives with the team of Supervising Clinicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Ensure all initiatives developed by the Quality Assurance Team are understood, accepted, and implemented.
• Consistently train and lead the team to drive to the highest quality of ABA therapy being delivered and best outcomes being achieved.
• Attend corporate meetings and training as scheduled.
• Attend training to earn CEUs and hear company updates as offered.
• Conduct monthly group BCBA.
• Promote the growth of Golden Steps and assist in the pursuit of business opportunities.
• Build relationships with current referral sources.

• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and policy violations
• Coach managers on performance management, corrective action, and employee engagement

• Oversee eligibility, documentation, approvals, tracking, and return-to-work processes
