About the role

  • Map and evaluate opportunities for international and government air partnerships, ensuring alignment with GOL’s brand and the company’s market positioning. Identify strategic territories and potential partners that strengthen institutional presence and generate business value.
  • Lead negotiations with stakeholders — including national and local governments, municipalities, tourism and culture departments, industry organizations (airport operators, domestic and international airlines, regulatory bodies such as ANAC, and others), as well as brands and commercial partners — to secure investments and structure cooperative plans, ensuring mutually beneficial projects that increase visibility and deliver positive returns for the brand.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between external communications partners and GOL Marketing. Act as the area’s main representative in meetings and events with public and private institutions, building strong relationships with strategic partners to identify the best business opportunities. Present and advocate for projects persuasively to all involved parties.
  • Lead strategic marketing and communications decisions together with the GOL alliances team. Develop strategic planning for these projects, defining scope, objectives and performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring integration of institutional, commercial and brand-exposure commitments. Draft contractual agreements involving investments or service exchanges and shared promotions to ensure balanced partnerships aligned with company interests.
  • Act as a Project Manager to design complex deliverables and manage projects end-to-end (360º). Structure and guide project deliverables, from action plans to preparation of the final report, ensuring quality and timely delivery by the operational team.
  • Financial management of funds shared between GOL and its partners.
