Receive, unpack, verify, and properly store incoming supplies and shipments.
Maintain organized records of supply usage, purchase requests, and delivery documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for routine and ad-hoc service requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality of goods or services.
Ensure on-site presence during maintenance visits, service work, or installations to oversee completion and communicate issues to relevant teams.
Provide coverage for logistics operations during absences or emergency situations to ensure continuity.
Support internal events, workshops, or wellness sessions with logistical arrangements and material setup.
Liaise with emergency services or contractors when facility-related incidents arise, following basic facility and building management protocols.
Follow and support clinic policies on infection control, safety standards, and operational protocols.
Assist with minor facility coordination, including reporting maintenance needs and following up on work orders.
Work collaboratively with housekeeping, IT, and administrative teams to ensure operational efficiency across departments.
Support the delivery and setup of medical or non-medical equipment as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and order within storage and logistics areas.
Assist in events, service logistics, and operational readiness while demonstrating flexibility in working hours and responsiveness during urgent situations.
Support front-desk operations, patient interactions, CRM management, and administrative process improvements.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; barista training or certification is a plus.
1–2 years of experience as a barista or in a hospitality role, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Experience in logistics, inventory, or administrative coordination is a plus.
Ability to prepare a range of beverages, including diabetic-friendly and wellness-focused drinks.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly, patient-focused attitude with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of dietary needs for people with diabetes is a plus.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Must be flexible with working hours and shift rotations, including occasional weekends or extended hours.
