Stratpharma, a global leader in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, is currently seeking a motivated Sales & Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Medical Representative at Stratpharma Romania, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative products to doctors and pharmacies. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.
Tasks
- Meet and exceed sales targets for Stratpharma's portfolio of products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, local key accounts and wholesalers.
- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Stratpharma's products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and handle any customer inquiries or issues.
- Regularly update CRM system with relevant customer and sales information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Organization and Time Management
- Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve the best possible coverage to all HCP.
- Submit all administrative reports, expense reports and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact.
Customer Relation
- Demonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills and sales process.
- Uncover the customer’s needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value.
- Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales & medical promotion, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Previous experience in medical promotion to: plastic surgery, dermatology, gynecology, radiotherapy – is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
