• Stratpharma, a global leader in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, is currently seeking a motivated Sales & Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales & Medical Representative at Stratpharma Romania, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our innovative products to doctors and pharmacies. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory.
• **Tasks**
• - Meet and exceed sales targets for Stratpharma's portfolio of products.
• - Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, local key accounts and wholesalers.
• - Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Stratpharma's products.
• - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and handle any customer inquiries or issues.
• - Regularly update CRM system with relevant customer and sales information.
• - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• **Organization and Time Management**
• - Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve the best possible coverage to all HCP.
• - Submit all administrative reports, expense reports and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.
• - Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact.
• **Customer Relation**
• - Demonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills and sales process.
• - Uncover the customer’s needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value.
• - Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.
