Deliver excellent customer service to our employees while providing hardware and software support and building strong customer relationships
Identify and implement technology solutions to meet the needs of the business and identify operational efficiencies
Maintain thorough, up-to-date documentation for IT processes and employee-facing resources
Report to the IT Manager
Deliver top-tier customer service by efficiently resolving hardware and software issues based on existing IT and Security processes
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including equipment deployment, account creation, and software management for both onboarding and offboarding
Provide user support for Apple hardware and software, Google Workspace, and a large portfolio of SaaS applications
Field access requests and maintain proper access to internal tools and resources through time
Maintain and support conference room equipment to ensure seamless collaboration across our hybrid work environment
Drive greater efficiency for our hybrid team through evaluating and implementing new tooling, as well as optimizing the use of existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI can enhance employee productivity and the overall digital workplace experience
Serve in an on-call capacity and assist in production issues when necessary
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT support role, with at least 1 year in an in-person environment
Proven experience with Mac OS and Google Workspace, including troubleshooting common issues
Solid understanding of IT fundamentals and data security practices, with a security first mindset
Familiarity or proficiency with AI tools and concepts for enhancing productivity and digital workplace experiences
Experience installing and supporting conferencing equipment
Proficiency in a command line environment such as bash or zsh
Experience maintaining or managing users and applications in Okta or other IAM Platforms
Experience administering Jira is preferred
MDM experience with Jamf, Kandji or other Mac-focused MDMs is a plus
Some scripting or programming experience is a plus
Must be commutable to our NYC headquarters and will operate in a hybrid model
