About the role
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication
- Independently manage and lead work packages within international procurement projects; support planning, execution, and optimisation
- Analyse processes, volumetrics, and quality assurance standards to inform strategic decisions and ensure sustainable project value
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation within procurement activities
- Create data-driven reports and presentations for senior management; provide clear project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Assist with organising senior management meetings and manage organisational and administrative project tasks
Requirements
- Completed business-oriented degree (ideally with focus on project management)
- Several years of professional experience in project management, including leadership of workstreams or sub-streams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with SharePoint is a plus
- Business-fluent English skills
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail with a process-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills; confident collaborating with all organizational levels, including senior management, internationally
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced environment with adaptability to change
- Structured, self-organized, and solution-oriented work style
