About the role
- Lead the design of integration strategies for M&A projects
- Serve as the primary architect and subject matter expert for technology and business process integrations related to M&A transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements, risks, and dependencies
- Help develop and maintain detailed integration roadmaps and playbooks for acquired entities
- Conduct due diligence assessments to evaluate technology, process, and organizational fit
- Establish systems integration strategy and contribute to process harmonization efforts
- Establish integration KPIs, reporting progress and issues to executive leadership
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration
- Continuously improve M&A integration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in M&A integration, IT architecture, or business process transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful post-merger integrations
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with cultural integration and change management in multi-national environments.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
