About the role
- File digitization: organize, scan, and digitize HR files with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
- Support HR systems (Workday) and Kronos timekeeping for reporting and updates
- Participate in HR tasks such as leave of absence processing, data entry, internal audits, and record updates
- Sit on Team Member Care team supporting overall team member well-being and providing HR support
- Temporary assignment replacing an internal contractor; start ASAP and assignment until end of year
Requirements
- Must have US Citizenship
- Prior office experience
- Attention to detail
- Experience with computers and some Excel
- Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- One (1) or more years of relevant experience in HR or customer care
- Experience using people technology (Workday) (preferred)
- Experience with time, attendance, and/or benefit systems (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills (preferred)
- Ability to problem solve and develop continuous improvement solutions (preferred)
