Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for TRIRIGA implementations and enhancements
Map business processes into TRIRIGA functional workflows across multiple modules (Lease Administration, Space Management, Capital Projects, Operations & Maintenance, etc.)
Prepare functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and create mock-ups to guide technical teams
Support TRIRIGA upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring smooth adoption
Work with technical teams to define and validate integrations using MREF (Maximo Integration Framework), APIs, and web services
Participate in UAT, training, and change management activities to ensure user adoption
Develop test strategy, test plan and test cases for system testing
Act as a liaison between clients, functional consultants, and developers to ensure project alignment
Ensure solutions follow IBM TRIRIGA and IWMS industry best practices
Requirements
5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
At least 3+ years of TRIRIGA functional consulting
5+ years of experience in designing the IBM TRIRIGA System leveraging Out of Box as a baseline
Strong understanding of TRIRIGA modules: Lease Administration, Space & Move Management, O&M, Capital Projects
Proven experience in TRIRIGA implementations, upgrades, and migrations
Ability to design business process flows and develop functional documentation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
Experience with TRIRIGA integrations with ERP, GIS, Workday, or IoT systems (preferred)
Experience in SQL and Oracle database management (preferred)
Knowledge of MAS (Maximo Application Suite) 8.0 and IWMS best practices (preferred)
Familiarity with MREF (Maximo Real Estate and Facilities) for TRIRIGA integrations (preferred)
Certifications such as IBM TRIRIGA, PMP, or ITIL (preferred)
