About the role
- Responsible for finding new strategic partnerships within the payroll, payments and ISV ecosystems
- Manage the negotiation process for partner agreements
- Maintain intimate knowledge of current and future products
- Scope potential partnerships
- Engage and/or develop deep relationships with external parties
- Assist in deployment execution
- Promote growth across a cross-functional team
- Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas
- Act as representative at trade shows
- Conduct C level presentations
- Maintain partner interaction records and process new partner account documents
- Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
- Build and maintain partner relationships, internal and external
- Gain an understanding of product solutions and to conduct a complete demonstration within 60 days of hire
Requirements
- Experience with Financial Institutions
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience equivalent
- Minimum 8 Years Relevant Experience
- Preferred Experience in Financial Technology industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
