About the role

  • Responsible for finding new strategic partnerships within the payroll, payments and ISV ecosystems
  • Manage the negotiation process for partner agreements
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of current and future products
  • Scope potential partnerships
  • Engage and/or develop deep relationships with external parties
  • Assist in deployment execution
  • Promote growth across a cross-functional team
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and call quotas
  • Act as representative at trade shows
  • Conduct C level presentations
  • Maintain partner interaction records and process new partner account documents
  • Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
  • Build and maintain partner relationships, internal and external
  • Gain an understanding of product solutions and to conduct a complete demonstration within 60 days of hire

Requirements

  • Experience with Financial Institutions
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience equivalent
  • Minimum 8 Years Relevant Experience
  • Preferred Experience in Financial Technology industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
