About the role
- Takes direction/supervision from management
- Responds to client inquiries
- Provides technical support to users
- Configures and supports hardware, software, and networks
- Assists in procuring new equipment and disposing of old equipment as needed/directed
- Travels to other locations as needed/directed
Requirements
- Prior experience in IT, IT support, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of IT hardware, software, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer and mobile device operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iPadOS, iOS, Android
- Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and people skills
- Certifications in IT training are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or MIS is preferred
- This role is mostly remote with travel to GBE sites as needed
- Candidates must reside in the state of Tennessee
