Payroll

• Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including salary, hourly, and contract employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all payroll data, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Review and verify timecards, employee records, and other payroll-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, including pay discrepancies, deductions, and tax information.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor preparation and filing of all required reports, including tax filings, wage reports, and year-end documentation.
• Supervise and support the payroll team to ensure efficient processing and high-quality customer service.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
• Lead the migration process by working closely with external vendors, IT, and internal stakeholders to ensure a successful transition to the new payroll system.
