About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees and contractors during onboarding
  • Manage and track onboarding paperwork and ongoing licensure and compliance documents
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR processes, policies, benefits, and other HR matters
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records
  • Conduct periodic audits and reviews of HR files to ensure required documents are properly collected and filed
  • Process employee status updates, including personal information changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, and salary adjustments
  • Assist with retention and employee engagement programs and training
  • Support HR leadership and regional HR teams with duties as needed
  • Maintain current knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations affecting HR management
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience required
  • Experience interacting and engaging with candidates and employees
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and teamwork
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; respectful and responsive
  • Ability to work effectively with tact, discretion, and confidentiality
