About the role
- Officially appointed travel coordinator for NOAM region and liaison with travel vendors
- Vendor performance management (Egencia, Sixt, Uber and others) and liaison with Indirect Materials & Services
- Credit Card and Purchase Card management including monitoring non-payments and negotiating/claiming rebates
- Local Concur support and Concur administration: new users, user training and issue resolution
- Manage company record retention per statutory requirements and vendor relationship management for record retention
- Administrative support for the finance team (travel, internal meetings, visitor handling, holiday file) and event management
- Create and present regular T&E reports and other monthly reports (e.g., IT phone expenses); support government reporting preparation
- Report to the Finance Manager; based at Cincinnati site working hybrid (4 days office, 1 day remote)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration
- 2+ years of similar experience
- Fluent English
- Vendor relationship management experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Concur experience (administration, user training, support)
- Travel coordination experience
- Experience with credit card and purchase card management
- Experience preparing T&E and monthly reports
